Terms and Conditions for Steve Head Limited:

  1. When the terms have been negotiated and accepted by the client, a confirmation email will be requested.
  2. Following receipt of a confirmation email, a booking form will be sent along with an invoice for a 50% deposit. To be paid within 28 days of the invoice.
  3. Financial terms will be verbally agreed and reflected in the contract.
  4. Written contracts will reflect a prior verbal contract made with Steve Head Limited. Failure to return the written contract will not constitute a cancellation.
  5. Fees paid to Steve Head Limited are subject to Vat at the current rate.
  6. Fees are exclusive of travel, accommodation and other related expenses. These will be deemed as ‘out of pocket’ and recharged to the client at the point of invoicing.


  1. Where the client cancels the booking less than 6 months but more than 3 months prior to the date, 25% of the fee will be payable.
  2. Where the client cancels the booking less than 3 months but more than 6 weeks prior to the date, 50 % of the fee will be payable.
  3. Where the clients cancels with less than 6 weeks to the event, 100% of the fee will be payable.
  4. If an event is cancelled and re-arranged for a later or earlier date, the cancellation charge outlined above will still apply in respect of the cancelled date. Unless circumstances agreed by Steve Head.


The Fees and expenses are payable to the Speaker by cheque or via BACS transfer within 28 days of the invoice date.


No programme information or publicity relating to the Speaker is to be released without the express prior approval of the Speaker.

Video and audio recording

The Speaker expressly forbids the video or audio recording of the event without the prior written consent of the Speaker.


Steve Head Limited Privacy policy:

This policy describes Steve Head Limited’s information collection and use practices. Steve Head Limited will be referred to as “we”,”us” or ‘our” and refers to the reader as “you” to the “user”. If you access or use our website, including our shop, you consent to your information being collected, used and stored in accordance with the terms set out in this policy.

How we collect and use your information:

A- information provided by you is collected and used in order to manage your event, and may be used to contact you regarding follow up events. This includes your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, billing information and signature.

This is obtained when you complete and return our event booking form, or make purchases form our online shop.

We will not share or sell your information with third parties. We may share information in other ways and for new purposes, or if you ask us to do so or have consented to such sharing. An example of this may be the use of testimonials, photographs and video on our website where you can be identified, we will ensure we receive your consent before we do this.


Currently we do not send out marketing emails, we will contact and ask if you would like to go on to a mailing list should this happen in the future.

Security of your personal data:

We will take responsible technical precautions to prevent the loss or misuse of your personal data. Although we will take measures to safeguard your information, the internet and services are not 100% secure so we cannot assure you that the information we collect or store will be protected from all unauthorised access and used in a manner that is inconsistent with this policy.

We may share your information when we believe in good faith that such sharing is reasonably necessary to investigate or prevent illegal activities, or in order to comply with legal process. This may involve sharing information with law enforcements, government agencies, courts and/or other departments.

Your rights:

We will retain the information shared with us for future events as a reference. You may contact us at any time to request the data we hold about you or your organisation by emailing, you can also request for any information held to be deleted from our system.
